Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement (for example by email or letter) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use our sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than our standard option), within 14 days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us within 30 days at your own expense. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period expires. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes

If you financed this contract through a loan and later withdraw from the purchase agreement, you are no longer bound by the loan contract, provided both contracts are economically linked.

If the lender has already made payment, they assume our rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract in the event of a valid withdrawal.

This does not apply to financing through securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives.

To ensure full legal separation, we recommend withdrawing from both the purchase contract and the loan agreement separately.
