1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our website without providing personal information. Each time a page is accessed, the server automatically stores so-called server log files (such as file name, IP address, date and time). These data ensure system security and website optimization in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and are deleted after 7 days.
Hosting service providers process data on our behalf. Further details can be found below under “Contact”.
2. Data Processing for Contract Fulfillment and Contact
2.1 Contract Fulfillment
For order processing in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, we collect personal data required to fulfill the contract. Mandatory fields are clearly marked.
After complete order processing, your data will be restricted and later deleted in accordance with statutory retention periods unless you have consented to further use under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Inventory Management System
We use systems provided by external service providers, which may operate servers outside the EU. These transfers are secured by EU standard contractual clauses.
2.2 Customer Account
If you create a customer account, data processing is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may delete your account at any time.
2.3 Contact Requests
When you contact us via email or contact form, your data will be stored for the purpose of handling your request under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
