Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

Right of return

You have 30 days to return your order to us. Return shipping is at your own expense.

Return instructions

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • Please use the original packaging where possible.
  • We recommend shipping with tracking.
  • Returns within Germany are preferably sent with DHL.

Refund

  • The refund is made using the payment method originally chosen.
  • Once your return has been received and checked, we refund the amount within 7 working days.
  • Depending on the payment provider, the credit may take additional time.

Exchange

A direct exchange is not offered. However, you can return the item within 30 days and place a separate new order for the item you want.
