Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by PURE Studios.

- Items must be returned in their original condition and, if possible, in the original packaging.
- Returns are the responsibility and expense of the customer.
- Please send your return with tracking and keep the shipping receipt for your records.
We strongly recommend using DHL for your return shipment.
Based on our experience, other carriers may not always provide reliable delivery or tracking.
DHL ensures a secure and traceable return process.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
- Processing your return may take up to 10 business days after receipt.
- Once inspected, refunds are typically completed within 3-7 business days.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available. To receive a different item, please follow these steps:
- Return the unwanted product.
- Place a new order for your desired item.
